We are seeking a Director of Technology with a robust background in technology, procurement, and management to lead our IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving technological innovation, optimizing procurement strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market trends;
  • Manage and mentor the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Oversee the procurement of cutting-edge technology solutions, hardware, and software, ensuring optimal terms and cost-effectiveness;
  • Lead major IT projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position;
  • Extensive knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management;
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading large-scale technology initiatives;
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring IT professionals;
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance regulations.
